Diane, I just used this form as part of my midterm exam. Thank you so much for sharing! I didn’t grade it, but just asked them to reflect on their own learning. For my Spanish 2 classes, I told them that most of them are halfway through their high school Spanish, if they take it next year. So even though this was my first year with CI, this gives them and me a good look back and a good look ahead. Thanks!
