I am reaching a new level of appreciation for what you do on your PLC. I am moving into my new role and it involves communicating with and encouraging educators across the state. I am amazed at how much time it takes to do well! You are so quick and in depth in your responses to emails and comments.
I was telling my husband this week – “Almost everything I learned this year I learned from Ben.” Your encouragement has been invaluable. I seek to model your spirit as I begin to do this. I really saw and felt all you said about non-targeted, personalized, creative instruction to be the very best.
I am going to be pointing a lot of people to your books and PLC this summer.
