The quality of the images created for the Invisibles is the key to the entire thing.
We currently have two ways of producing those images:
1. Kids draw them at home. When kids spend hours and hours on them at home, they then naturally generate high levels of interest. Then, when a spirit of competition is created between kids and classes the level of interest goes even higher.
2. We create the images in class using the One Word Image strategy. The key here is the artist, the detail, the color, etc. The level of interest created from a one word image is almost completely dependent on the quality of work of the artist.
Without a strong class “brand”, which is completely generated by the style and quality of the kids’ drawings produced at home or by the class artist’s work, there won’t be much interest in the Invisibles stories.
