I bought a class set of “El nuevo Houdini” this year after a student last year recommended it; I’d like to know when any of you run across other readers which are better than the usual fare.
I think we should make a list. Pobre Ana is really useful as a first novel bc the vocabulary is so limited, even thought the content kind of sucks. Houdini is average but given the choices that is pretty good. For the rest, we should make some kind of list here. I could make it a category. I’ll do it and let’s see what happens.
