Thanks for your kind words. I agree with what you are saying. I also know that I need to fly under the radar now, more than ever. However, I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to pull back and lower my stress. I know that reading days are easier, but I don’t know what to read. We can’t read our textbook. It is too difficult. We “read” the textbook for the 1st two years. I can’t go back to reading it when they can’t do it. I could make embedded readings, but this still tons of work, a thing which definitely won’t help me relieve some of the pressures.
I simply don’t know what to do to get me through. This is where I am now. I am humbly asking for help now. I have not been successful in handling everything with calm, composure, and deft and I need to now in the worst way.
