- Those who, hiking in the mountains of change in our field of language education, come across a stream and see a big gold nugget in the water, but fail to pick it up.
- Those who pick it up but, thinking it to be fool’s gold, put it on a shelf at home and leave it there.
- Those who immediately recognize its value and take it to the bank and cash it in for something far more important than money – a rewarding career of truly helping kids grow up into something that, without them, the kids would never have become.
