Thanks Thomas for re-posting this. It is important to remember. The book, even though it smacks of superiority and profit motives at times, is a great dissection of human relationships and human reactions and, well, how to influence people best.
Jim,
I know what you mean about the tones of profit motives. It can be a little cheesy, but I like the anecdotal style. Once you filter it, it can be a good read. Plus, I really like how he emphasizes being authentic with people. Teachers would do so much better with students if we were authentic and real with them.
