Here is the Interpersonal Skills Rubric referred to in the previous posts, but in a different format (from ANATS). It is no easy task to pull this off grading move in January, since we all now know beyond any doubt that how we inform our kids about how they will be graded in any given year must be done aggressively in the first two weeks of the year.
Perhaps I am being a bit naive here thinking that some of us may be able to rehabilitate our bad classes in this way right now, but why not try? At least it could be practice for next fall, when it will be so much easier.
