Hi Ben,
I wanted to let the PLC know that I am taking on the most important group needing buy-in for the work we do–students.
In the spirit of mental health, I am doing a week long unit on SLA. It is long overdue for my population of gifted students. Also, this year i took in students coming from a traditional colleague (see worksheets, textbook, forced speech) I remember you mentioning that our CI students will change the way we teach languages. Well, let’s take that a step further.
Below is my unit plan in the making, with daily lesson plans and objectives. People can comment on it, I would appreciate some feedback especially from this PLC. Even if you do not comment feel free to make a copy for yourself.
