Sorry to keep talking about the Invisibles. The old stuff just lacks the power I find there. Many who have been trained in their use are finding out the same thing. The concept does need explanation and I intend to get going on a video on how to use them in class that is very specific. Until then, I can only say that all the older ideas we’ve talked about that really work in the classroom can be found in these pages as well, so my current jag on emergent targets shouldn’t be too much of a distraction for those wanting training in all those ideas from the past fifteen years of curriculum development on this site. Although, in a way, I see every day of our ten years of talking together in this protected venue as pointing to the one stunning idea of emergent targets based on images. I’ll try to publish other stuff too. And how about some more reports from the field? They are a very popular item here and have been for years. When we know that others are also going through the hell state that teaching can sometimes be, it takes some of the sting off. Ours is a stinging, emotionally draining profession. So send us more reports from the field! We survive teaching through the help and society of each other, which can pretty much be said to be the real reason this site was even created.
