Usually the honor of being asked to mentor a struggling teacher is given to veteran teachers with years of experience under their belts. In his district in Fresno, CA, our own Steven Ordiano has been asked to mentor a young colleague next year and, really how cool IS this – he himself is only in his first year of teaching. That has got to be a first! It’s an honor to Steven and an opportunity for the teacher. We are all very proud of you, Steven “No Cut Raw Vegan” Ordiano.
