We’ve discussed and worked through some serious pedagogical changes together here over the years. There have been so many changes in the way we view assessment, for example. The whole targeted vs. non-targeted thing. So many others.
But as I come into work today (not really work, right? They pay me to attend 85 minute long parties every day) my thoughts are on how deeply grateful I am to be over the “Gotta teach in the L2 as much as possible this period.”
Oh man. What limited thinking that was! What folly!
