We have been slowly moving in the direction of increased use of video to share ideas of what we are doing in our classrooms. John’s Vimeo clip posted today reminds us that we don’t always have to write articles to share with each other here – we can film them.
We may not have the courage to film an actual class, which is really hard to do on lots of levels, but we can share ideas. I am so impressed with what John sent. It was good to “see” him again after more than a year (NTPRS in Las Vegas) as well. Just very cool and thank you John.
Maybe your clip on grading Quick Quizzes today will spark a kind of YouTube/Vimeo sharing of ideas movement on the PLC. One of the purposes of this blog is to make it an inexpensive year long conference and the way you did that Vimeo clip sure made me think that we need to do that sort of thing much more often to share ideas with each other.
Thank you!
