RT 6 – RT Leads to Greater Personalization

With the increased focus on tying learning targets to habits of learning (the Orthe Principle), comes increased personalization. As the director/coach keeps bringing up actor after actor and, in the process, calls out question after question for the group to answer, people get to know each other.

Greater trust is built in RT. We always have the story to back to for safety. Things roll more easily in RT than in stories, which can be very uncomfortable if the structures are not good. Since content of RT scenes is driven by the teacher having gone through the chapter to find the best scenes, there is more natural interest. When there is more natural interest there is more personalization. It’s a good deal.
