From Jim Tripp:
has on (is wearing)
can’t see
is only looking at
pinches
Shirin has on a green sweater. Elliot can’t see the green, because he is only looking at Shirin’s feet. So Elliot pinches her.
Larry has on green sunglasses. Monica can’t see the green, because she is only looking at his chest. So she pinches him in the chest with her toes.
Carolyn has on green socks. Kim can’t see the green, because she is only looking at Carolyn’s left ear. So she pinches her in the ear with her fingernails.
Jim notes:
I understand there are 4 structures, but likely their students will know at least one of these already, probably more of them. And “pinches” is quite infrequent and so if it doesn’t get the reps the others get it isn’t a big deal.
If using with MS or HS students, be preemptive of what the other student is “only looking at”… suggest something goofy and don’t even let them “go there” if you know what I mean.
