It is about returning judgemental energy from observors. When I get observed now, I try so hard to just let my freak flag fly and to be free and not let observers get the upper psychic hand.
Then I got this nice email from Clarice in a similar vein:

I have no idea if you like baseball or not, but there is a scene in the movie Money Ball where all the old (baseball talent) scouts are sitting around the table trying to put together a team the same way they had been doing it forever, when Billie Beane tells them that’s not how they are going to do it anymore. I was struck by how much that scene looks like a meeting of TCI teachers when we try to explain how we need to play the game now to our traditional colleagues. Here’s the link:
