I think TD’s decision to promote THE BIG CI BOOK is strictly a business/marketing one. Folks want to buy it cuz it’s BIG – they figure everyone will find something useful in there (and that is DEFINITELY true.) It’s the American Way;} Plus it’s relatively expensive so…
