Today

Today I returned to He Talks Too Much (Matava Vol. 1, p. 15) after all the Halloween stuff. Such a great story. I learned that it is this talking about kids in class who are doing all this crazy stuff, making it totally about them, turning them into the actors and not having it be about a unicorn (great for middle school but not high school) that a lot of power emerges. It was flying  again. To me flying is about not doing too much, about mega repeating, about SLOW, about laughter and fun and repetition and never going past a sentence from the script until it has turned into at least five minutes of CI per sentence. It was amazing, just hanging out, talking about specific kids in the class, following the script. I think we make all this more difficult than it really is. Today it rocked.
