Michele, I watched you present at NTPRS. Don’t sell yourself short: you are good at what you do. Like everyone who strives for excellence, you see where you can improve, but the reaction of your colleagues demonstrates that you are doing things right. Yes, a lot of it is the method, but the method needs your heart to be magical, and that’s what you do. You rock, Michele!

I should post that video if I could figure out a way to share it from DropBox with just you. You’d all see what I mean about the end-of-year malaise. It was not a good example of a lesson, but it’s the only one I had with enough sound.

The kids in front of the camera are all scrunched down for filming. The two in front are writing the story and the quiz. The one thing that I can say is that the class as a whole is being very kind to the actress, who had not said a word before this day.
