Teri will be back in January and we have been invited to present to the TESOL people in Bordeaux. (TESOL = Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Members are often native speakers living abroad that work for private companies or free lance. The Tea and Cakes are informal get-togethers at my home to talk about our adventures so people who have done the workshop in Agen can discuss their successes and their difficulties. We have a few people in the national education system interested but so far the hierarchy is not listening.
^ good luck with the French educational hierarchy. Those people are so amazingly credentialist it blows my mind.
