I hear that when you find yourself walking the streets of New Delhi and are able to differentiate between the various smells – body odor, car exhaust, turmeric, food refuse, animal feces, human feces, etc. – then you’ve begun to acclimate. Before then, it’s all just a soup of intolerable muck.
Nice backyard! I like the pathway oulined by rocks.
LOL Sean. Besides the food concerns, there are also the visual ones. It’s hard to see more than a block away with all the air pollution. I can’t say I miss it. But, as we all do once they’re gone, I miss the kids. Hard to believe that those middle school kids are now probably back in their home countries and off to college!
