I want to say that I have gotten so much from your TPRS IN A YEAR. It is such a great resource. I think one of the most important things I took from it was the idea of a barometer student. It is such an obvious idea, but somehow I had never approached it that way. The most exciting thing the other day was to realize that some of my barometer students had become my all-stars. WOW! I am over the moon thrilled and so are they!
