I know Carol Gaab’s materials have pictures, the “Tell me” series. Amy Catania’s “Fantastic Stories” have pictures, too. I don’t think either of those series have Chinese though.
Have your kids draw them in class or for homework.
Carol Gaab also has a series for very young children. In English it’s called “Hello Kids!”. It has very simple stories with very simple pictures. I used it a lot.
