This is a victory. It proves that as a general rule we try to impart too much information to our kids. This confuses them. When we make things so simple that to us it is painful, it is perfect for them. Thus another chapter has been written in the Book of Slow and also in the Book of Staying in Bounds and also in the Book of Listen to Them. Very nice, Craig. Very nice indeed.
I would add this statement:
The main reason stories flop is because our students don’t understand us.
I know it’s true because Susan Gross said it.
In my experience everything Susan Gross says about how to TPRS is true.
Susan Gross is TPRS and TPRS is Susan Gross.
