My stab at it. This means that the email was previously registered when you tried to log in. You will need to contact tech support or the web host, I believe. Not sure whos in charge.
I had the same problem at first. Ben had to change my password a few times. Email him and he’ll do that for you. I still have some problems when I go to the forum but usually can play with it a few times and get it to work.
It’s definitely worth the hassle!
