Hey, Ruth, I went to the CC search engine and followed your directions. But when I found a picture I wanted for a PPT, it would not let me save it to my hard drive to insert into a slide. Also, I went to the link, but couldn’t find out any information regarding copyright restrictions at all. I couldn’t see if it was public domain or not.
I don’t know, Larry. I’m no expert. I’m figuring it out as I go, too. I just tried on the CC Google Image search (from that same CC search page) and was able to copy and paste. Maybe try a different search engine on that page. Good luck! Maybe someone else knows more.
If you’re totally stuck with not being able to download a picture (It’s a mystery to me…) you can always take a screenshot of it.
