Dr. Lynch is going to be vacationing off the Maine coast next week and when I heard that news I mentioned to Julia that two of the best CI teachers – in my opinion – in the entire world are both, by chance, located right about where she will be vacationing.
So, no vacation! Only work for you, Julia! Just kidding, but it is exciting to know that you three (the teachers are both PLC members for at least the last ten, perhaps fifteen years – Laura Avila and Anne Matava) will be getting together for awhile some day next week and discussing among other things – what else? – Julia’s new research project at Texas A&M.
We are well on our way to finding, right here on the PLC, the ten people we need for this much-needed study on NTCI. Onward, troops! No rest for the weary! (Except when we are all 100% happy in our classrooms because of the way we teach we will be relaxed and rested all the time, while working full time!)
