Breckenridge Lodging

I got this from Nina Barber, who won’t be able to attend iFLT this summer but had already booked a room at a neighboring timeshare and can’t get her money back.

She is willing to rent it out to an iFLT attendee at a great price.  The unit is a “studio”.  It has a double bed and a foldout couch.  There is a TV, a microwave, a small stove and minifridge. Dishes and linens included.  Maid service once during the week.   Renting the unit gives you access to several swimming pools, hot tubs, a small gym, a sauna.  There is also an onsite sports bar with food.  Nothing great, but handy.  You will also receive a covered parking space.

The timeshare rents for one full week, July 13-20.  This will give you some extra days to bike, hike and explore.  Nina is willing to rent the full week for what you would pay for 3 nights at the Beaver Run Resort where the conference is being held ($300).  The unit is less than a 5 minute walk to the conference.

Here is a link to the unit, which normally rents from Grand Timber Lodge at about $150 per night.

And, if this comes thru, a map from one resort to the next:

It is an easy walk to the conference, and a downhill walk onto Main Street.

Maybe you can use the comment fields below to arrange a roommate if you want to share. I know Kate is interested and knows people from NTPRS so that something could be arranged. That is a pretty good price.
