Those in the PLC who are familiar with the terms and who are experienced, do CWB to finish classes. Start with stories. Be sure to assign jobs:

Quiz Writer
Artist
3 PQA Counters
Professor 2
Timer
Why? Because assigning these jobs and getting the kids working in those capacities completely changes the feel of the class from one of uncertainty to one of common shared interest in a common goal. When 8 of the best students in the room are showing complete buy-in to what we are doing with our story, going through the Three Steps, everyone else in the room is forced to go along. Then when they hear that I have 55 other jobs waiting for them (63 total) they start thinking about getting a job themselves. The entire energy of the class changes drastically when the jobs and stories are used. The best stories come from Matava and Tripp scripts, in my opinion, for me in my own TPRS/CI world.
The jobs and the three steps are our bread and butter.
