Laura, how you are managing your artist seems so simple (writing 1-2 sentences at a time that you want to have a separate illustration for) but reading your description here cements something for me.
I’ve tended to just give them the entire story and let them do the separation but I’m not often satisfied with the outcome. Thanks for sharing this.

I tried three times sharing the ppt with Ben but he wasn’t able to open it. It has only eight slides but probably because they are pictures is a very big file.
