Drew’s bio:
My name is Drew and I’m finishing my fifth year as a teacher at Rancho Cucamonga High School in Southern California. I currently teach 4 sections of Spanish, three sections of Accelerated level 2 and one section of level 3. I’m crossing my fingers that admin lets us start our German program with three sections next year but it in the times of budget cuts our efforts are proving to be in vain. I joined this blog because I read TPRS in a Year!, I bought the DVDs, I got the script book and everything I have read and seen has proven to me to be the most beneficial training I ever received. I believe in the CI approach to instruction but I need to keep myself in check and keep refining my craft. The gains these last two years that I have seen in my students with my using CI in comparison to my first three years teaching drives me to become part of this group. I’m glad to be a part of this community.
