Ben, I just love your attitude towards teaching and the human condition. I believe that even after so short a time with the PLC, I have finally found some soulmates in you and the members of your PLC and I think that there are some people who think like us on the CI Lift Off page as well.
Over the years I have come to abhor criticizing colleagues because I believe that asking questions with an open mind and heart is far better for helping each other on our own way than advising young colleagues that they should do it differently or in a certain way (with the underlying notion that she is wrong/not good enough), which raises the affective filter.
I absolutely know that your NT approach to TPRS is the direction I want to go/run for the rest of my career. I’ am so grateful for all the work you have done!
