Here is my favorite image from the Ultimate CI trainings last summer: “Two Men Dancing on a Beach”. I think what Danielle achieved in this drawing is the perfect amount of 10% new embedded material (with the rain). In this one word image we see a good example of the level of SIMPLICITY we want from the artist to process in the three steps of Phase 2 of the StarChart™. I think I would rather talk about something like this in my language classes than have my kids memorize verbs, that’s for sure. I most appreciate the MOVEMENT in this piece. I think it’s just great. It makes me believe in the StarChart™ even more.
