My response: And yet OWI pales in comparison to Individually Created Images (ICI).
Reader: My only obstacle with NT is that schools require a set curriculum. In my department we are really trying to “modify” our current curriculum so it allows NTCI.
My response: Allows? Who are they to allow? Perpetrators of a failed system? The new books suggest a curriculum that actually aligns far more with the standards and research than the textbook. It’s kind of like waiting for Trump to get out. New curriculums which align with the research and standards will displace the old ones. Somebody has to initiate the change.
