Hi Ben,
I have my formal evaluation of my teaching tomorrow. Something happened and they did not observe me until the last week of school. The good thing is that they trust what I am doing is right so I don’t really have to sweat it.
Anyway, I am doing an Invisibles Story-Ask with my class.
Here is my pre-observation form. I cut-n-pasted heavily from Cameron’s book. I also included a PDF of Blaine Ray’s Workshop Handout (available for free on TPRS Books websites) and a PDF with excerpts from Krashen’s “Free Voluntary Reading” book.
