I sure would like some help answering this question. I’m not sure how to do it, since the premise of homework as I see things in this work is that it should be optional:
Hi Ben –
I have my students for two 50 minute classes per week. (One class is only about 60-75 minutes per week.) Obviously not optimal for TPRS. This means homework is just not optional. For my beginners, I have been using LOTS of Senor Wooly. All classes are doing translations, reading, and simple questions – more complex for more advanced students who are writing paragraphs and more.
Can you give me some suggestions on how YOU would structure those classes? I am devouring your book and getting ideas, but need to tweak to fit my classroom schedule.
