The entire thing about all the questioning, in my own view, has been overblown. Why not just use our own intuition to say things that promote the plot line and the kids get to sit back and it’s all relaxing and amazing for them? Tina asked me once why so many of us put a pill (target) in a piece of rolled up ham to get the dog to swallow it when we can just give them the ham (the language as a whole). The kids’ minds aren’t sick, they function properly when learning as long as they get enough CI, but if we keep giving them too much medicine along with the CI, they will be!
