John Piazza is giving a workshop, accompanied by David Maust, at California High School in Whittier, CA this coming Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016. Although it deals directly with Latin, teachers of any language will have take-aways for this as John shows how to have students develop FVR texts and use them in the classroom. Apologies for the late notice, but registration forms will be accepted all week. Feel free to forward to anyone who might be interested. Becoming a member of CCA – South is not necessary and there is a discounted first-time attendee rate. I thought Southern California CI folks would want to know about this meeting, even if they aren’t a Latin teacher.
