I am not going to shut up on the targetless discussion. It will continue to evolve. I just got an email from a PLC member which contained this little gem:

Hmmm.
My prediction: some of us will do it the new way and some will continue targeting. It’s Bernie vs. Hillary. What fun! But in a few years it will be old news. Few people will be voting for targets.They’ll get tired of the clanging of the chains.
