On the class competition thing we must have releases. Below is the one I use – it may not be perfect but it’s what I use – and I absolutely won’t put up a video even in this private internet space unless I have one for every kid whose face (back of the head is o.k.) appears even for one second on the video. And it can’t be signed by the kid, so if a parent doesn’t sign it, I don’t use the video. And I set up the camera so that the only kids you can see are the actors bc I am not about to try to get releases on certain kids who, bc their parents work three jobs, never see their parents. And Sabrina was wise to not let anybody film with their own phones bc one clip on FB or YouTube and there go our jobs.
