I got this from a PLC member. It’s a repeat post from a few weeks ago. It’s about the bios. If you are new to the group, you missed what we went through in terms of safety issues about a year and a half ago here. There is the need for everyone to identify who you are and why you are in the PLC. I have to agree with this PLC member. So even if you never comment and just are a reader, that is fine, but we need to know who we are. It just makes sense. If you want to know if you have a bio in or not, click on the category called Group Members and look through there.

So, I am getting frustrated that there are still bios that have not sent in.
The bios lend to the trust issue. I can see who is on and with whom I am sharing. I do go and read bios as names come up that I don’t remember.
I wonder if you might again make the threat of blocking anyone out if you don’t get their bios by a certain date. I think being cut off is a great motivator.
If they don’t get their bios in after you “block them out” then they don’t care and we won’t miss them….
What do you think? I think it’s time for folks to get their bios in….
