My “short term targets” which will show up in the gradebook as categories, will be the 4 criteria in each of the columns above. OR that’s the idea any way. Please I welcome any constructive feedback.

I’ll ask James. I am on the fence on this one. Some kids don’t take the eval seriously.
Self-evaluation at least sounds good to admins. It must work sometimes, right? Like Cherry Mash, a local (gross) candy here in St. Joe: They wouldn’t make it if somebody didn’t like it. I won’t shove you either way off the fence, Ben.
James I just published what Annemarie sent me and now that I see how she does it, not written but indicated with finger counts, and with the chart on the back wall, I get it and applaud it. The kids have an intense need for fairness. That’s why the Clapper Kid claps on me AND the class when we break out of the CI. I bet some here would like that as a rubric – hint.
I’m having my 6th graders evaluate themselves with the interpersonal rubric and then I’m assessing them also on the same paper with some comments.
