It’s a fabulous story! Thanks for listing it. I do have this feeling of walls crackling from inside. We are going to have Susie in Alaska in just four days, and I can’t wait to see what happens. The professor who has overseen three master’s degrees in TPRS will be there, as will two of her TPRS master’s candidates. One of them will do a demo lesson in Yup’ik the first morning. She comes from a district where all the language teaching is through TPRS.
The professor is going to be letting people earn their college credit this weekend by attending evening coaching sessions. She really gets it! I feel almost beside myself with hope that things here can change.
We have a record number of attendees coming to this state conference. There is no room left in any of the lodges anywhere near the site. People plan to park in the school lot and sleep there, set up tents, do anything just to attend.
And guess what…it’s snowing in Anchorage this morning.
Thanks for the link, Ben. Here’s part deux.(/a>
Thanks for the link, Ben. Here’s the correct link for part deux.

It would be great to have the professor’s thoughts on TPRS. Any links to any published articles? TPRS master’s candidates. Wowie! Will be waiting to hear more. Have fun!
This is one of those posts on which there can be a healthy discussion,as i too do not support your this idea entirely.
