Yep. This is cool. I use it with my upper level students. So, while we are on this note, have you ever heard the World News broadcast from Finland–in Latin? It’s been going on for 30 years. I use this with students, too. Short news stories, about 5 per week, not only give students contact with the world in modern Latin, but it allows them to hear the world talking about the US sometimes. Plenty of culture stuff there. Talk about perspective, practices and products!

Yes, there is so much cool Latin stuff out there, but it is only for upper level students, and even then it can be a tall order. Which is why I am so happy to have discovered Laurie’s embedded reading stragegies.
