5 thoughts on “Japan”
Hello, I live in Japan and I’ve just discovered TPRS in the last 6 months. I’ve been doing my best to learn how to use it with the information I’ve found on the net and books that I’ve bought. I tried finding other teachers who used TPRS in Japan and found mention of Susan Gross’s visit in 2011. However all the websites and impetus around that visit seem to have evaporated as far as I can tell. There is one professor, Dominic Jones, from Sendai Seiyo Gakuin University who teaches circling at conferences, but that is all I have been able to discover.
I would be very interested in making contact with other TPRS practitioners in Japan.
All the best,
Andrew
I would love to receive communication and training. As far as conferences go, I would only be available in national holiday periods: New Year, Golden Week and Obon.
I am unsurprised at the lack of infrastructure development. The obstacles in the state and private sectors are significantly greater.
Andrew, you are welcome to contact me direct.
Hi Henry,
I would be very happy to contact you directly–though I’m not sure how! My address is: andrewscott@gmail.com.
I’m based in Himeji in Kansai.
Well this is a start. I would think we will get more done here with two people than on the list. We need focused energy. Andrew and Henry here are a few related links:

Thank you for the links Ben.
I am more than willing to be involved, as far as I am able, in helping set up training and a support network in Japan (or my neck of the woods anyway).
