I am very happy that Carol Hill (chill to most of us) is in our group:
My name is Carol Hill and I teach in a private prep school in the South Jersey near Phialdelphia. I dabbled with TPRS until it became clear to me that it was the only way to go forward. I finally ditched the textbook two years ago. I teach French levels 1-4. I am super blessed to be a lone ranger – a French department of one. With that said, I am surrounded by a posse of grammar geeks who talk with glee about how fast they are covering the textbook and with despair when the kids “just don’t get it!” Without this community which has the uncanny knack of addressing my questions and concerns as they happen in real time in my classes, I would have never made it this far. How wonderful it is to be part of this dynamic and professional group of educators. Thank you all. Thanks especially to Ben for hosting the space where we can all continue to hone the skills necessary to deliver comprehensible input to the best of our abilities.

Hey, Carol!
I was recently going through my saved voicemail and came across your message from September. I’d still love to talk but feel awkward about calling without letting you know when. This PLC is the cat’s meow but it’d be great to hear a voice, especially someone in the area (more or less). Let me know if I can give a buzz sometime this week.
